Labour Day Weekend Part I

Here is the first three photos from my Labour Day photos.  I got to borrow my sisters Canon Rebel T3i, and majority of the time it stayed on manual, allowing myself to exercise what I know about ISO, Shutter Speed, and f/stop and how to use them together.

The first is lightly edited while the second is edited to make it look a bit vintage.  The third was edited in Lightroom 4 just to touch it up.  Just to note, the blur isn’t from camera shake but from the earth’s spin.  It’s unbelievable how much the star filled sky shifts in as little as 30 seconds.

ISO200  |  30″ shutter speed  |  f = 1.8-4.0
